No money- no emergency: inhumanity of Vietnam’s communist regime!

In countries that have successfully risen, most of the health sector is either partially subsidized or fully subsidized by the government, because the people’s taxes are used to help the people, which is the people’s wish. That is the humanity of a state materialized through policy.

In Vietnam, the budget for the Ministry of Public Security is sky-high while education and health care are neglected. The budget for the police forces is 15 times that of the Ministry of Health, 16 times that of the Ministry of Education. That means that in terms of health care and education, the Communists only perform the functions, but in reality, they do not care much about the knowledge and health of the people. The more ignorant the people are, the easier they are to rule, the weaker the people are, the harder they have to worry about food and money, so they do not have time to demand the government.
The scary thing about this regime is people’s hearts. That is the evil that people treat each other. It is normal for the people to be cruel to each other and for officials to be cruel to the people. This dangerous toxin has heavily infected the whole society and cannot be washed away if the Communist regime still exists.

At 4:03 p.m. on May 3, Nam Dinh General Hospital received M.T.A. (4 years old) who had a traffic accident. The child was brought in by two other people not the victim’s relatives. However, the hospital did not perform emergency treatment for the child because no one paid while the medical staff was still free. A hospital that only saves people after receiving money is extremely inhumane. Where does this inhumanity come from, if not from the political system?

Because of the outrage of the online community, the hospital took responsibility. However, that is only the tip of the iceberg, waiting for public opinion to speak out before responding. How many people have actually died because of the inhumanity of this system? It is impossible to count.
